Service - the Internet Service made available at the current address www.sport-transfer.com.pl and at addresses redirecting to this address, as well as any other address supplementing or continuing it and any that replaces it.

User/You - a natural person visiting our website or using the functionalities made available on it.

PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY

We are processing your personal data for the purposes indicated below, related to the functioning of the website and the provision of the services offered therein ('Services').

Purpose of processing:

During our relationship with the User, also as part of the services offered through the website consisting of providing commercial and marketing information, you may be asked to give consent for the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes related to the products or services offered by Sport Transfer, including electronic marketing, if it is just your consent that may constitute an appropriate legal basis for the processing of personal data. • your objection to the processing of your personal data will be accepted - where the basis for the processing of your data was the legitimate interest of the Controller or where the data was processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

• be informed how Sport Transfer processes your personal data,

• request access to your data, to receive confirmation from Sport Transfer as to whether and how your personal data are processed, and to have access to your personal data to the extent provided for in Article 15 of GDPR,

• request the correction of your outdated or inaccurate personal data, as well as the right to have it completed in the event of incompletion,

• request Sport Transfer to erase your personal data ('a right to be forgotten') consisting in principle of asking the Controller to immediately erase personal data concerning you; however, there are exceptions to this right under Article 17 of GDPR (in particular in the case of determining, asserting, or defending claims).

• request the restriction of your personal data processing, which in practical terms may consist in temporarily blocking access to your data or transferring your data to another system,

• request the transfer of your data, you have the right to receive a copy of the personal data you have provided to us if the processing is based on your consent or on a contractual basis, only by automated means,

• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
