The tournament springboard is the equipment used in schools, gymnasiums and clubs for sports gymnastics. It is used during many exercises.

The tournament springboard is made of profiled plywood made of hardwood, perfectly suited for its function. Application of hardwood makes the whole structure robust and strong. The jump surface is covered with two types of plastic. The first one is a sponge underlay and the second one is a carpet lining preventing slipping. The springboard 1200 x 600 mm (dimensions of spring top) is also equipped with a shock absorber made of micro-rubber. It increases flexibility and guarantees a safe, accurate rebound. The front of the springboard is 2150 mm high. The presented tournament springboard is painted in blue, which makes it easy to stand out from its surroundings. The drawn white line additionally indicates the point of the jump, which is a great convenience for the competitors.

The 1200 x 600 mm tournament springboard is mainly used in schools as an element of equipment for everyday physical education lessons. It is used for example for vaulting box jump. The springboard is also used by professional gymnasts, for whom it is the basis for further acrobatic exercises, and is ideal for tournaments in sports or artistic gymnastics. Regardless of where it is used, it must be made of suitable, durable materials and have coating and a shock absorber. A properly used tournament springboard with shock absorber can be used for many years and guarantee safe training.
