TRAINING FOOTBALL EQUIPMENT - EQUIPMENT FOR SPORTS FACILITIES

Football training is one of the most frequent attended by children, young people, but also adults. Therefore, the question is, what should be on the sports facility in order to make the training as efficient as possible and to prepare the players properly for the competition?

Of course, the basic element is the football goal, in which the players aim while practising their shots. But it's not the only thing. During training, the pitch turns into an “obstacle course”, where players practice their motor coordination, fitness, warm up their muscles and prepare for physical activity accordingly.

Football training aims at improving physical fitness, preparing players for the game and performing a number of manoeuvres to improve scoring. During the exercises, it will work out great football wall simulating real players.

FOOTBALL TRAINING WALL

An inflatable wall with a height corresponding to the average height of the player during the jump, after hitting the ball, it spontaneously returns to its starting vertical position.

Protection net not only for the outside

During the training, it is necessary to take care not only of the safety of the players, but also of the environment next to the sports facility. Often during a stronger kick, the ball wanders outside the pitch, where it can damage a car, a building or hit people passing-by. Therefore, every sports facility should be equipped with a protection net, which will be durable and effectively catches every ball.

What’s more, ball-stops will be suitable not only outside, but also inside the sports hall, e.g. for marking out several pitches for different games.

TRAINING ACCESSORIES, SO WHAT DO YOU TAKE FOR TRAINING?

Football training, whether outdoors or in a sports hall, requires appropriate equipment. One of the most important elements is properly chosen sports shoes and clothing. Football boots ensure safety and comfort during the game and proper grip on the turf. Depending on where the trainings take place, you should choose boots with stood tips or hall boots for a smooth surface.

Basic sportswear must be comfortable and breathable. The shorts and sports t-shirt are the best choice for you, as it does not restrict movement and ensures proper air circulation.

The equipment of the pitch during training depends mainly on the coach, who selects the football training equipment for training.
